Welcome to the SWANA Washington Evergreen Chapter!
The Washington Evergreen Chapter of SWANA was formed in 1971, after the Pacific Northwest chapter became strong enough to support individual chapters for Oregon, Washington and British Columbia. Washington Evergreen Chapter membership has grown from our inception to approximately 220 members today - representing the solid waste management community, and throughout the State of Washington. Government (local and state) and private-sector waste management industry are well represented in our membership, Committees, and on our Board of Directors.
